Typically, equipment rental companies offer camera gear that comes in boxes. Renters are required to know up front exactly what equipment they would need, without direction. They would then need to find qualified techs familiar with the gear to set up and operate equipment. Finally, renters have to handle the billing with the rental company as well as with the techs.
